At Brick, we craft authentic Neapolitan-style pizza rooted in centuries of Italian tradition. Inspired by the sun-soaked streets of Naples—where pizza was born—we bring old-world flavors to the modern table. Our story begins with our founder’s great-grandfather, a pizzaiolo from the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, who passed down recipes that honor simplicity, quality, and soul. Using only hand-stretched dough, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a wood-fired oven, we recreate the true taste of Naples—one blistered crust at a time.

My passion for pizza started in my nonna’s kitchen in Naples, where the smell of rising dough and wood-fired crust filled the air. I grew up watching my grandfather—an old-school pizzaiolo—knead, stretch, and perfect every pie with care and love. For me, making pizza isn’t just cooking; it’s storytelling. Every ingredient matters, every detail counts. I’m here to bring you the kind of pizza that makes you slow down, take a bite, and feel something real. Simple, honest, and full of heart—just like back home.
